Mentoring is one of the most powerful tools to fight bias, to bring more balance and it carries a number of benefits for both mentees and mentors. Mentoring should not burn and drain energy neither for the organisation, nor for the participants.

It can be fuel-efficient and effortless. During this edition, we will cover different aspects of mentoring such as various formats, target audiences, internal/external, reverse mentoring, mentoring during internship.
